Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or public pickup at this time.
Rates
Standard shipping is $6.99. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $35 or more ship free. Your final shipping charge is shown before payment in PayPal checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders normally leave Waukegan, Illinois within 1–2 business days. Our planned standard service is USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes another 2–5 business days. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, especially during severe weather and holidays.
Tracking and address changes
When a label is created, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout. Check your shipping address carefully. Email support@nipngo.com immediately if something is wrong; we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
Delays, loss, and damage
If tracking stalls, shows delivery when the package is missing, or the order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. For damaged deliveries, contact us within 7 days and keep the product, packaging, and clear photos while we review the claim.
