Store and eligibility
Nip-N-Go is an online cat-botanical retail brand operated from Waukegan, Illinois. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Orders, prices, and payment
Product availability, prices, promotions, shipping, and taxes may change before an order is accepted. Secure checkout and payment processing are provided by PayPal. PayPal and a shortened version of Nip-N-Go may appear on a receipt, card statement, or bank statement. We may refuse or cancel an order for inventory errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing mistake; any captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded.
Cat-only supervised use
Products are offered for supervised cat enrichment, not for people or other animals. Reactions vary. Start small, supervise every session, do not encourage swallowing, keep packaging away from pets and children, and discard small, splintered, cracked, or damaged pieces. Stop use and contact a veterinarian if you have a health or safety concern.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms. Carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
